All included in Villa - monthly program service fee 

• Social and memory care program
• 24 hours awake personnel
• Registered nurse on staff
• Medication administration and monitoring
• Incintinence and hygiene care and management
• Daily housekeeping and personal laundry

Amenities and additional services

The following services are available and coordinated to suit the medical needs of our residents and are covered by Medicare or private insurance:

• Routine visits by our house doctor; psychologist, psychiatrist, audiologist, ophthalmologist & optometrist
• Home health nursing, physical and occupational therapy as prescribed by a physician
• Mobil medical laboratory, X-ray, EKG, ultrasound
• Pharmacy and medication delivery to our facility
• Registration with the Alzheimer s association safe return program
• Secured & Alarmed exits
